Applications:

The school will accept approximately 50 participants. Application is open. Junior applicants should have arranged for a letter of recommendation and submit it to the registration form.

Participants are expected to cover their own travel expenses. The cost of the centre, including shared room accommodation and registration fees, will be 450 USD for students and postdocs. The registration fee and single-room accommodation for PIs will be 900 USD. The PIs who do not require accommodation are encouraged to contribute 450 USD (optional) to cover the meals, the banquet dinner, and some support for students. Some funding will be available upon specific request. Applicants from institutions unable to cover these costs may apply for financial assistance, providing a brief justification of their need.

Payment

Payment can be made either

  • on line (the preferred method) - in that case, follow this link to Rencontres du Vietnam portal
  • by interbank transfer; in that case please send a email requesting the bank details to: Ms. Thao Do: rencontres.vietnam@gmail.com

The transfer should yhen indicate clearly your name to identify the payee. Please inform the conference secretariat by fax or email that the transfer has been done. You should obtain proof of payment and hand it to the conference secretariat at the conference site. It will take at least four (4) weeks for our account to be credited, so please have the transfer made before May 30th, 2025.
