Form of supporting for the VWM-2024
- Sponsorship in the form of Cash
- Sponsoring the printing of the workshop proceedings.
- Sponsoring the reception and lunches for delegates
- Sponsoring refreshment for break such as drinking water, coffee, tea and confectionery.
- Sponsoring bags or briefcases, books and pens, name cards with logos of the Conference and the sponsoring companies.
All sponsors of the workshop will have the Company/ Department logos in the workshop invitation letter and on the large banner in the main hall with the size and position based on the sponsorship level.
All sponsors of the workshop will need to submit a product brochure and a scientific report to the Organizing Committee before November 25, 2024. Participants and sponsors will have to prepare their own products and advertising posters to present at the workshop. The Organizing Committee recommends that Sponsors should provide the list of invited delegates for Organizers to send invitations on time.
