Accommodation policy:

  • (**)The registration package includes a shared room for participants from Sunday noon, July 19 to Saturday morning, July 25. Room upgrades (e.g., single-room upgrade) may be arranged upon request, subject to availability and possible additional cost.
  • PIs are automatically upgraded to single room (free of charge).

Financial aid:

For young participants (students and early-career researchers), the registration fee may be waived upon request, subject to availability. Interested applicants are kindly invited to contact the Organizing Committee (dungnx@ifirse.icise.vn) and submit a CV together with a recommendation letter from their supervisor
