Information:

Accommodation at 4-star Hotel (ANYA Hotel or Seagull Hotel) guaranteed if your registration is made before June 29th, 2025.

After June 29th, 2025, an alternative 4-star Hotel nearby will be secured if there is no room available at ANYA Hotel and Seagull Hotel.

From July 07, 2025, Seagull Hotel is fully booked. Participants are advised to book their rooms at Anya Hotel

*There are 2 hotels named Anya in Quy Nhon. We are offering an accommodation package at the 4-star Anya hotel. Another hotel, Anya Premier, meets 5-star standards. So don't confuse these two hotels

Important Note:

  • Hotel reservations are made for the whole duration of the meeting, i.e. from Sunday noon, August 10th to Saturday morning August 16th. Please note that the total cost of the meeting cannot be reduced even in case of partial attendance.
  • If you intend to arrive before Sunday August 10th or leave after Saturday August 16th, please let us know in advance so that we can try to make the appropriate hotel reservation for you: contact Ms. Thao Do: rencontres.vietnam@gmail.com
  • Please note also that if you arrive before midday and wish your room to be made available immediately, you will be charged for an extra day. You must inform us so that the hotel can prepare your room in advance.

Hotel Notice

  • Only non-smoking rooms are available.
  • Children under 6 years old are free to accompany you and will not be charged as an individual person for the room (for example you and your under 6 years old child can stay in a single room or a double room with another person).
  • Children from 6 years old and above are charged at normal rate.

Cancellation and refund of the hotel reservation

For those who have made their hotel reservation before June 15th, 2025, and paid via online payment, 100% of the amount will be refunded.

For those who have made their hotel reservation after June 15th, 2025, and paid via online payment, 80% of the amount will be refunded.


Payment

All payments should be processed online through Onepay directly to ICISE, not the hotel or any third party. Please fill in the necessary fields, including the payment mount (in Vietnamese Dong), and proceed with the payment in the final section of this website. Once you have made a successful payment, you will receive a payment onfirmation email from onepay.vn.

If you have made a payment but have not received any email, please contact us at Ms. Thao Do: rencontres.vietnam@gmail.com for assistance.

Please note that reservations and contact with the hotel are exclusively made by either the secretariat of the Rencontres du Vietnam or the secretariat of ICISE. You will never be contacted or called directly by the hotel or any other organization (please be aware that, there have been a few cases of attempted scams in the past).
